Branding
for the
agentic age

Luke Stevens

Hi! I'm Luke Stevens. I help B2B AI/SaaS startups with brand & web design. Specifically, I help you:

Look raise-ready: Get a logo, visuals, and an agent-friendly brand system that helps you stand out in a sea of slop.
Sound buyer-friendly: I help buyers understand what you're actually selling with simple, catchy, *human* positioning.

I specialize in B2B, have written books about it, and have the process to match. Ready to move fast? Get in touch.

I've worked with startups that have raised $2M—$200M

Simple sprint-based projects. Projects from 1–3+ sprints

Positioning is what matters

In B2B, positioning your startup is what really matters.
Like, really, really, really  matters.
And it's what 99% of B2B brand work misses.
The solution is simple: you need to get literal.

And when I say get literal, I mean...

Positioning drives brand

You need to get insanely literal

Super Positioning

I wrote the book on this.

(Literally.)

Super Positioning is my guide for B2B founders on finding the narrative & positioning that will drive your brand.

(Read it here or grab a copy on Amazon.)

It's the foundation of all my brand and design work.

Which startup stage are you?

The first step in getting literal with your brand is understanding your stage, so you make the right pitch to the right prospect.

01 / Why care at all?

Explore — Pre PMF

When looking for a market for your:

  • +Technology — new foundational tech
  • +Tool — a new product or platform
  • +Transformation — a new way of working

Your homepage needs to be narrative driven with aspirational aesthetics to match.

02 / Why choose you?

Exploit — Refining PMF

When you're zeroing in on a niche:

  • +Who/what — your ICP + their JTBD
  • +When/where — trigger moments
  • +Why/how — outcome + differentiation

Your homepage needs to be ICP driven with category aesthetics to match.

03 / Why remember you?

Expand — Post PMF

When reaching a broader market through:

  • +Strategic narrative — a new world
  • +Category creation — a new concept
  • +Brand reach — Need X? Think Y

Your homepage needs to be memetically driven with aesthetic repetition to match.

example work

Brand & web design
driven by narrative

With a narrative in place, design that communicates becomes much easier. (It turns out words are worth 1000 pictures.)
This way, what you ship IS your brand.

Example work across brand, homepage design, messaging/copy, and narrative.
